6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Coast Accounting Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Errors or omissions in financial or tax filings that are due to incorrect information provided by the client.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your financial data despite our security efforts.
Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the fees paid by the client for services rendered in the preceding six months.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate service engagements with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Orange County, California.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct notification to clients. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
